Jen joined Laurence Simons as Chief People Officer in October 2021. Before this, she was our Global Head of Human Resources, where she continued to provide H.R. consulting services since 2018.
In her current role, Jen’s position has a broad strategic remit centred around culture and engagement, equity, diversity and inclusion, reward and recognition, resourcing, and learning and development. Jen leads the H.R. team to drive Laurence Simons’ commercial success by providing a first-class employee experience.
Jen has a keen passion for dance. During her time living in New Zealand, she turned her hand to celebrity salsa dance teaching.
