Charles is a Director in our London office. A qualified Solicitor by background Charles has nearly 10 years of legal search experience. Having qualified as a lawyer with DLA Piper, London, Charles spent his early career as an Associate in a market-leading boutique search business before joining Spencer Stuart in 2017 in their Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Government Affairs practice.
He has a broad practice advising FTSE-listed and privately held companies on senior legal hires and supporting Group General Counsel in building first-class legal functions. Located in London, Charles operates globally and has extensive international experience with a proven track record of search appointments in the U.K., U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific.
Outside of work, Charles is a keen cook and has a genuine passion for food. He is also a keen sportsman and continues to play as much cricket as he can during the summer months. Charles has also completed a series of distance events for Pancreatic Cancer, including two Olympic distance triathlons and a half marathon.
