As an Associate at Laurence Simons, Carolina assists clients with creating their legal teams in both private practice and in-house markets. Part of her work includes developing a deep understanding of our client’s needs, searching for the most suitable talents, interviewing candidates and assisting during the entire search process. She is also a qualified lawyer in Brazil, specialising in dispute resolution.
Outside of her work, Carolina loves hiking in nature. She completed the Santiago de Compostela (St. James Way), walking 840km!
