Angela is the Chief Commercial Officer for Laurence Simons. A former practising lawyer, she has over 20 years of search experience working for international companies and law firms on their strategic senior legal hires to appoint legal leaders and build high-performing teams. She also advises on succession planning, optimised team structure, attraction and retention strategies, career planning and coaching for development. Angela started her search career with another specialist legal search firm and was with executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles before joining Laurence Simons over 14 years ago. In her role as Chief Commercial Officer, Angela helps drive our business growth and product development.
Angela is of Indian heritage and was born and brought up in the UK but lives with her husband and two children in Geneva, Switzerland. Before being based in Switzerland in 2007, Angela worked in Hong Kong and Singapore for 10 years.
