Alex is a highly experienced legal search practitioner with over 14 years of experience. Having graduated from Goethe University, Alex spent his early career in executive search with a focus on research for corporates and law firms on their hiring needs. He has strong agency and in-house experience, having spent a number of years with a market-leading legal search boutique and a Silver Circle law firm, where he spent two years as an internal search consultant for legal and operations hiring. Alex joined Laurence Simons in 2022 as a Senior Associate and sits within our Talent Acquisition & Delivery function. He is located in Frankfurt.
Alex has a genuine passion for human rights law and democracy. As a child, he moved to Germany from Poland, where he witnessed a peaceful transformation from a socialist to a democratic country.
